Aungsha is a digital real estate platform in Bangladesh where you can buy a small share of a property starting from just BDT 1,000. You become a real part-owner of that property and earn returns as it grows. It is run under Biswas Builders Limited.
The profit you earn from your share over a year. Aungsha pays out profit every 6 months. Each payout is typically between 5% and 15% of what you put in so over a full year you can earn roughly 15% to 25% in total. The exact amount depends on the project and how the property is performing.
When the value of a property goes up over time, your share also becomes more valuable. On Aungsha, projects are expected to gain 12–15% in value on top of your yearly returns.
Your money is backed by a real, physical property — not a promise or paper. On Aungsha, every investment is tied to an actual building or project, so your returns come from real income and real property value.
When Aungsha buys back your units at the end of a withdrawal window. You get your money back along with your returns. This is one of the ways you can exit your purchase.
The extra profit you make when your unit is worth more than what you paid for it. For example, if you bought a unit for BDT 1,000 and it is now worth BDT 1,150, your capital gain is BDT 150 (15%).
